Medical Physics Assistant
Rob is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a bachelor of science degree in Physics. While at OSU he received the Hazel Brown Teaching Awards and the Undergraduate Instructor Award.
In 2006, Rob began working as a Medical Physics Assistant. Rob provides consultation to hospitals and imaging centers, performs nuclear medicine/ radiopharmaceutical therapy program audits and annual gamma camera performance evaluations, and performs testing of general radiographic units and MRI units. In addition, Rob provides consultation regarding radiation safety programs and regulatory compliance. Rob joined the OMPC staff in 2010.
Prior to working as a Medical Physics Assistant, Rob served in the US Navy and taught high school physics.
